B4Finance sold to RiskConcile

B4Finance, a Paris-based developer of cloud-based investor onboarding and fund subscription software, was sold to the Belgian RiskConcile.

Founded in 2018, B4Finance delivers digital investor onboarding and fund subscription software, with a particularly strong footprint in the French alternative investment fund sector. Its cloud-based software platform streamlines investor onboarding and compliance processes by fully automating KYC/AML verification, risk assessment, and investor registration processes. Its digital fund subscription module enables clients to manage every stage of the investment lifecycle, from initial subscription to fund closing. Today, B4Finance serves nearly eighty clients, which are primarily French private equity firms and asset managers.

Founded in 2015, RiskConcile is a Belgian software developer of cloud-based regulatory reporting, risk calculation and fund data solutions that support asset managers, fund managers and fund service providers in managing their clients’ risk and meeting regulatory requirements. The company offers proprietary software tools and data for regulatory disclosures and reports, complex transaction calculations and portfolio and risk management functionalities. Its areas of expertise include PRIIPs, TCA, AIFMD Annex IV, Liquidity Stress Testing, Solvency, and SFDR. The company serves a diverse client base across the Benelux, UK & Ireland, France, and the Nordics. RiskConcile is backed by Main Capital Partners, a leading software investor in the Benelux, DACH, France, the Nordics, and the United States with approximately EUR 6.8 billion in Assets under Management.

The acquisition of B4Finance enables RiskConcile to deliver a more comprehensive offering to its clients, expanding its capabilities to include digital investor onboarding and fund subscription alongside its existing regulatory reporting, risk management, and fund data solutions.
