ENEA, third largest Polish electrical energy group as well as one of the largest corporations in Poland, acquired Bardy Wind Farm.

ITC Group, international specialist in the field of fashion accessories and sales promotions, sold its Sales Promotion activities to Gemaco Group, active in European sales promotion and promotional items market.

Clifford House, provider of residential care services for children with special needs, was sold to Advanced Childcare Limited.

Kiwa is a Dutch company active in inspection, testing, technology, training and data services. The secondary buyout was to NPM Capital and the management, and the selling shareholder was ABN AMRO Participaties.

The shareholders of Axender are various regional companies, H2 Equity partners and Vondel Finance.

Kewill Systems plc (LSE: KWL) (“Kewill” or the “Group”), the leader in supply chain control solutions, acquired Innovate IT Holding BV, a Dutch software company specializing in after sales service management.

Gastec is a gas technology and advisory company, a subsidiary of Dutch energy companies like Nuon, Essent, Eneco and Gasunie. Clairfield in the Netherlands acted as lead advisor in the restructuring of the business and the ultimate sale of the company to Kiwa.
