Clairfield advises DMM on the sale of its ICT products transporation business to Sogetras

DMM sold its business in the transportation of ICT products to a company wholly owned by the courier company Sogetras. Sogegroup is active in the transportation of documents in Italy. The sale was conducted through a bankruptcy procedure.
