Clairfield provides strategic advisory to PWN, DZH and Oases

PWN, DZH (now “Dunea”) and Oases are three drinking water companies that provide large parts of North and South Holland with drinking water. Clairfield in the Netherlands strategically, financially and legally advised the managing boards on a joint letter of intent to merge. The province of North Holland, sole shareholder of PWN, eventually decided against the intention to vote.
