Thales Italia, fully controlled by the listed French group Thales, sold its SAP business unit to the Swiss group Amaris.

Intercept, a leading UK cloud-based provider of financial services and insurance, was sold to Alternative.

DMM sold its business in the transportation of ICT products to a company wholly owned by the courier company Sogetras. Sogegroup is active in the transportation of documents in Italy. The sale was conducted through a bankruptcy procedure.

Airport Teuge is one of the largest general aviation airports in The Netherlands. The shareholders, supervisory board and management team asked for strategic advice on the self-dependency of the airport.

Kiwa is a Dutch company active in inspection, testing, technology, training and data services. The secondary buyout was to NPM Capital and the management, and the selling shareholder was ABN AMRO Participaties.

Gastec is a gas technology and advisory company, a subsidiary of Dutch energy companies like Nuon, Essent, Eneco and Gasunie. Clairfield in the Netherlands acted as lead advisor in the restructuring of the business and the ultimate sale of the company to Kiwa.
