Bravo Holding International sold two of its subsidiaries to Metal Trade Comax

Bravo Holding International, a metal roofing company headquartered in Austria and backed by EMSA Capital, sold two of its subsidiaries to Metal Trade Comax.

Bravo International is a leading supplier of European DIY chains in metal roofing and water collection systems, as well as a broad range of accessories. It has a strong presence across 20+ European countries, supplying 3,100+ outlets, including 7 of the top 10 DIY chains in Europe. Bravo employs over 250 employees across its production sites in Romania, Czech Republic, Germany and France.

Metal Trade Comax is a leading player in the Central European coated metal processing sector, serving both industrial and construction sectors across the region. MT Comax has agreed to acquire the operations of Bravo International in Germany and the Czech Republic from Bravo Holding.

EMSA Capital, a private equity firm investing in turnarounds and special situations across Central and Eastern Europe, initiated and guided the transaction.

Clairfield International acted as exclusive financial advisor to Bravo Holding and EMSA Capital.
