Ennatuurlijk acquired ECW Geo Andijk and Andijk Netwerken
Ennatuurlijk, one of the largest heating companies in the Netherlands, acquired ECW Geo Andijk and Andijk Netwerken, which owns two geothermal doublets and the heating grid.
Ennatuurlijk, backed by PGGM since its inception as a stand-alone business in 2014, provides heating and cooling solutions to over 90,000 private and 1,200 B2B customers. In 2024, it supplied about 3,900,000 GJ of heat, saving 21% of CO² emissions. Ennatuurlijk operates with 270 employees and is headquartered in Eindhoven.
The production of geothermal energy is a core strategy of Ennatuurlijk. The acquisition adds two modern geothermal doublets with ~36MW capacity to the four geothermal doublets it acquired in 2022, further establishing Ennatuurlijk’s position as the leading provider of geothermal energy in the Netherlands.
Clairfield International acted as exclusive financial advisor to Ennatuurlijk.
