SC Media House is an influencer marketing agency founded in 2018. It specialises in designing and executing creative, data-driven campaigns for brands. Its work spans strategic consulting, authentic social media communication and performance analysis, delivered through a broad network of content creators.
ECD International Holding GmbH
ECD International Holding GmbH is a full-service agency focused on the premium and luxury segment. Operating across multiple disciplines, it offers brand management, live marketing, communication, creative services, customer relations and travel management.
Since 2023, ECD International has been majority-owned by Beyond Capital Partners Fund III, advised by Beyond Capital Partners GmbH. Beyond Capital Partners is a Frankfurt-based investment firm. It focuses on acquiring majority shareholdings in profitable Mittelstand companies across the DACH region. Its investment thesis emphasises asset-light business models across B2B services, IT services, software, healthcare and well-being, lifestyle and entertainment.
Buy and build strategy
Beyond Capital Partners continues to execute ECD Group’s buy-and-build strategy in the marketing and creator economy space. The acquisition of a majority stake in SC Media House via ECD International is the latest step in that strategy.
The transaction adds scaled influencer marketing capabilities to ECD’s premium and luxury-focused full-service platform. It also expands access to a broader client and talent base.
SC Media House brings expertise in social media communication, creator-driven campaigns and performance-based marketing. ECD contributes complementary strengths in experiential marketing and international platform reach.
Management highlighted further opportunities across the combined group, including broadening the service offering, realising international growth potential and leveraging commercial synergies.
