KIDS&Co sold to AcadeMedia

KIDS&Co., a Polish leader in private pre-school care, was sold to Swedish company AcadeMedia, one of the largest European education providers.

KIDS&Co. was founded in 2006 and provides bilingual care to 2000+ kids in nurseries and kindergartens, as well as primary school. The company operates 30+ facilities which are located in 10+ largest Polish cities. At each location children are under premium care of teachers speaking exclusively either Polish or English.

AcadeMedia is one of the largest education services provider in Europe. The offer is delivered to clients ranging from children at pre-schools to adult students. AcadeMedia provides learning opportunities in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Germany, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom and Poland.

The acquisition is in line with AcadeMedia strategy to expand the education geographical reach. The investment in KIDS&Co. allows the group to enter the Polish market in the pre-school and primary school care. AcadeMedia secures the leading market position in the private childcare with KIDS&Co. providing premium private education services in both Polish and English languages. The high-quality of the offer builds trust of the parents throughout largest Polish cities and for AcadeMedia it is a strong foundation for further development in this country.
