Richards Packaging, a Canadian-based distributor of packaging solutions and equipment, acquired the DermapenWorld Group of companies, an Australia-based global provider of microneedling devices and dermatological cosmetics.
Founded in 1912, Richards Packaging is a leading North American manufacturer and distributor of packaging and equipment to the healthcare, food, pharmaceutical, health & beauty, and industrial sectors. It also supplies devices, equipment, and consumables across various areas of healthcare. The company works with hospital and community pharmacies, healthcare providers, and medical aesthetics clinics. With combined expertise in automation, medication management, devices, and equipment, Richards offers a comprehensive solution to meet the needs of all its customers.
The acquisition builds on Richards Packaging’s long-standing role as the Canadian distributor for DermapenWorld®, enabling full integration of the brand into its healthcare portfolio. The move strengthens Richards’ position in the global aesthetics market alongside its existing Luvo and WorldPRP® product lines.
