NAPA TRUCKS HOLDING s.r.o. is a leading Czech group that is involved in distribution of DAF trucks. The company also sells TATRA trucks, spare parts and it offers maintenance and repair services.
TRUCK TRADE Holding s.r.o. is a leading Czech distributor of DAF trucks. Apart DAF trucks, the group also sells TATRA trucks, VDL buses, spare parts and it offers maintenance and repair services, as well as truck rental services.
Despite the fact that both companies operate in the same sector, each focuses on a different region within the Czech Republic. As a result of this transaction, our client, Napa Trucks, has become the leader in the sale and servicing of DAF trucks in the Czech market.
The transaction wasn’t straightforward, involving a comprehensive due diligence process within a tight timeframe, complex purchase price negotiations, and challenging discussions with the antitrust authority to secure approval of the merger without conditions.
